Need a filter size that is not on the shelf? We manufacture custom pleated filters with a 48-hour turnaround. No minimum order required. You tell us the size, we produce it and get it to you.

The DeltaPleat Premium Filter Line
DeltaPleat is Brookaire's premium filter family. All three filters ship from U.S. manufacturing facilities and are built for applications where standard filters do not go far enough. This is a separate product line, positioned as a premium upgrade for facility managers and operators who need longer filter life and higher performance.

MERV 10
The P10 delivers MERV 10 performance with extended service life beyond standard pleated filters. It is built for high-demand commercial environments where filter longevity directly affects operating costs. Ask your rep how it compares to other MERV 10 products in its class.
DeltaPleat Hydro H11
MERV 11
The Hydro H11 provides MERV 11 filtration in environments where moisture and humidity are a factor. It holds its structure and efficiency in damp conditions where standard filters degrade faster.
DeltaPleat GasGuard G8
MERV 8
The GasGuard G8 targets odor and gas-phase contaminants alongside particulate capture. It works well in facilities where chemical or gas exposure is a concern alongside standard air quality requirements.
