The current methods used to reduce humidity (outlined below) are often expensive and require significant investment in engineering to make them viable. Fortunately, Brookaire's DeltaPleat™ H11 air filters are specifically designed to overcome these obstacles, reducing humidity levels like no other product on the market.

  • Reduced Cooling Efficiency

    Evaporative cooling works best when the air has low humidity, allowing water to evaporate readily and cool the air. In high humidity, this evaporation slows or stops, reducing efficiency.   • Pre-Cooling or Dehumidification

    Some systems use a desiccant wheel or other dehumidification methods to remove moisture from the air before it enters the evaporative cooling stage. Mechanical refrigeration (a standard air conditioner) may be integrated to dehumidify the air first.

  • Hybrid Systems
