Production Begins
We are committed to providing customers with top-quality custom HVAC air filters they can depend on in critical environments. Custom filters are bonded or sealed using a high quality beverage board that's fused to the existing cardboard frame with hot glue. Unlike many HVAC air filter manufacturers that use tape for this process, Brookaire’s bonding method ensures maximum filter strength, reliability and longevity in any industry environment.

Distribution & Delivery
Once the custom HVAC air filter has been dried, it is carefully packaged by hand into our signature Brookaire boxes. The finished goods are then loaded daily into one of our many transport trucks which takes the custom filters to our New Jersey-based distribution center. From there, a Brookaire driver ships each custom HVAC air filter directly to the required job site and is hand-delivered to our customers.
