Oil Mist bag filters are specifically designed to remove oil mist from the airstream. The media is a cerex backed fiberglass with two upstream layers of cerex. The cerex traps the oil mist around the absorbent fiberglass thus preventing much of the oil "leakage". Our oil mist bags are constructed with the same features of our standard bag filters. Oil mist bags are typically used in machining and welding applications or anywhere oil mist is entrained in the air stream.
